Private Pilates Sessions
Work with Stephanie 1:1 in the Potrero Hill Studio or online from the comfort of your own home. In-person sessions will make use of a variety of pilates props and equipment, and the core align. If booking a virtual session, pilates props are always a bonus but not required.
Private sessions are a great way to address common pregnancy issues like prolapse, incontinence, pelvic floor syndromes or diastasis recti. The first session is often an in-depth intake about what is going on with your body and setting up your fitness and wellness goals. Stephanie can also assess if any referrals to other practitioners may be appropriate.
