Immerse yourself in the world of pregnancy, childbirth, Mamahood, and exercise. During this in-depth three-day workshop, learn how to adapt the Pilates repertoire to suit the unique physical needs of your pre and postnatal clients. Additionally, discover why a holistic approach is so essential when working with the pre/postnatal population. This in-depth workshop covers teaching Pilates exercises for the pre and postnatal periods and includes practice teaching, lecture, discussion, guest lectures and more.
As part of this unique 3-day teacher training, there will be a total of 3 guest lectures, one per day, covering the following topics: physiology of childbirth, peri/postnatal psychology, pelvic floor health - syndromes, and solutions. Teaching in small groups will be part of this training.

Additionally, Stephanie has also developed the Preggo Pilates teacher certification program for certified Pilates trainers wanting to learn how to effectively train and support pre and postnatal people.
